FIELD: wine industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves determining content of aldehydes in sample of table grape wine by gas-chromatographic method; measuring quantitative content of aldehydes; determining value of quantitative content of aldehydes characterizing quality of table grape wine and making 3-100 mg/dm3; judging quality of table grape wine by comparing resultant and set values.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in determining quality of table grape wine, increased objectiveness in determining quality of wine, and provision for rapid determining of wine quality.
