FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed connector has current or data sending device and current or data receiving device whose connection affords current, pulse, or data transmission between contact members made in the form of flat surface contacts. Current or data sending device is designed for connection with at least one current or pulse source and is disposed in sending case. Current or data receiving device is designed for electrical connection with consumer or user and is disposed in receiving case. Great number of contact members of at least one of these devices are disposed closed to each other and are elastically installed in dot-shaped structure formed by ribbed meander-shaped structure with rectangular turns. Contact members are mainly clamped in meander or in depression between two ribs of dot-shaped structure. Clearances between meanders on underside of dot-shaped structure ensure mobility of contact members. Dot-shaped structure abuts against hold-down jumper on underside.

EFFECT: facilitated large-scale production of connector affording great number of contact connections.
