ELECTRONIC DEVICE Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC H05K5/00

Abstract RU 2312475 C1

FIELD: electronic engineering, in particular, electronic device, external shape of which is required to be cylindrical, and may be used in unmanned aircraft and guided missiles.

SUBSTANCE: electronic device has shape of cylinder, containing electronic sub-blocks, and consists of cable and tool sections, coupled by means of bayonet joint, having contact-parts in form of plug and socket parts. Cable and tool sections are made in form of coaxially positioned hollow cylinders with current-conductive cover, ends of which form closed surfaces. Space between layers is filled with current-conductive material, forming triaxial connector. On device guides, electronic sub-blocks are positioned with sockets on opposite end parts, coupled with sockets of connecting boards positioned on device ends. On ends of cable part, Z-like contact-parts are positioned with forming of electric contact with connecting board and contact-part of cable part. On ends of tool section, U-like contact-parts are positioned, both ends of which form contact surfaces, one end - electric contact with cable section, and other end - with connecting board. In electronic device, electronic sub-blocks are positioned radially, where one guide is formed on coaxial connector, positioned in the center of the device, and the other one - on triaxial connector. Electronic sub-blocks may be positioned in parallel, while both guides are formed on triaxial connector. Electronic device may contains Z-like air-feeding or air-draining tubes on coaxial connector in case of radial positioning of electronic sub-blocks.

EFFECT: ensured operative access to internal space, ensured fast reprogramming or resetting of programmed electronic sub-blocks with automatic fixing thereof, ensured protection from external factors (moisture, high and low temperatures, etc), prevented electromagnetic effect on environment, ensured continuous functioning under conditions of directional electromagnetic radiation.
