FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method involves soaking seeds in electrically activated anolyte solution having oxidation-reduction potential of +66-700 mV 2-3 hours before sowing process; producing said solution in anode chamber of electric activator using mechanized process effectuated by means of treatment apparatus additionally furnished with direct current supplying system and electrochemical water activation unit; sowing soaked seeds into soil in wet state.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved quality of treatment of spiked cereal crop seeds.
