SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. In 1.5-3.5 hours before sowing seeds are sprayed with an electrically activated aqueous solution of anolyte with redox potential (ROP) +500…+900 mV. In the period of tillering - start of stem elongation the crops are treated with the electrically activated aqueous solution of anolyte with ROP +500…+900 mV. In the phase of milky wax ripeness the crops are treated with catholyte with ROP -500…-900 mV.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase efficiency of combating diseases and pests of cereal crops.
