FIELD: feed production.
SUBSTANCE: method involves using artificial reservoirs to be filled with water; preparing and using medium having similar natural characteristics; introducing additional feeds, mineral additives, vitamins; introducing culture of brine worms; producing brine worms during one year; manufacturing reservoirs for brine from aluminum-magnesium alloys or plastics; using non-stationary equipment; before filling reservoir with brine, washing the latter with common soap, synthetic detergent "Lotos"; filling reservoir with sweet water; draining said water in three days; when tap water is used, it is first hold during three days for settling; when medium is used in commercial enterprises, it should have fixed salinity of 10±5, 50±5, 150±5 kg/m3; diluting sea water and brine with sweet water or adding sodium chloride into reservoir; in order to form medium, introducing bird's dung, mineral fertilizers, vitamins into commercial reservoirs; after forming of medium, introducing culture of brine worms; during cold periods of the year, using helium units or biogas units with flexible hoses and hanger tubular heaters, blower heaters for heating of air in commercial room or for direct heating of water in reservoirs; in order to remove brine worm activity products from brine, pumping out water from each reservoir through flexible hose into reservoir equipped with cloth mesh filter with activated coal; placing cold water branch pipes and wear sleeves made from low-carbon steel onto reservoirs bottom; compacting biomass using injectors or water pumps and, thereafter, performing mechanized removal of brine worms, with water being directed back into the same reservoirs; drying brine worms using vacuum, electric heating units or electric heating vacuum units with air temperature of up to 333 K; before packaging of dried brine worms, washing the latter with sweet water; performing vacuum packaging or packaging in bags made from loose fabric.
EFFECT: reduced production costs, increased efficiency in collecting of brine worms under artificial conditions owing to mechanized commercial production process.
