FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: present group of inventions relates to fish-breeding and aquaculture. The method involves addition to an incubation solution, containing 25-30 g of salt per litre of water, brine worm cysts in diapause, in quantity of not more than 2.5 g of cyst per litre of solution and activator. Incubation is carried out after that, with constant stirring of the obtained incubation medium. The activator used is sodium ascorbate or isoascorbate in quantity of 0.4-0.9 g per litre of solution. The incubation process is carried out for 24-30 hours at 28-30°C temperature of the incubation medium. The composition for producing nauplii of brine worms contains brine worm cysts in diapause and an activator. The components of the composition are in the following ratios in weight parts: 1 - brine worm cysts: 0.1-0.3 - activator.
EFFECT: increased hatching percentage of nauplii and simplification of the activation process.
