FIELD: meat-processing industry, in particular, equipment for thermal processing of meat products.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has boiler with detachable closure and basket for products. Closure has lifting mechanism and sleeve. Electromagnet with core for gripping of basket is placed within sleeve. Apparatus has vibrator combined with electromagnet mechanism. Vibrations are transmitted from vibrator to basket.
EFFECT: simplified construction and reduced sizes of apparatus.
