FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has unit for processing and transmitting signals, coordinate unit, functional contacts and flexible base plate symmetrical relative to longitudinal axis and having bendable protrusion member in its frontal part. The plate has central circle, peripheral circles radially spaced beginning from the central one, cross-connection members coupled with their one ends to the central circle and with the other one to the peripheral circles. The bendable protrusion member is shaped as isosceles truncated trapezium adjacent to the central circle with its greater base. It is bent upward at an angle of 20-60° relative to plate plane. The unit for processing and transmitting signals is mounted on upper surface of the central circle of the plate. The coordinate unit is mounted on lower surface of the central circle of the plate. Each functional contact member is fixed on lower surface of corresponding peripheral circle. The control contact members are fixed on lower surface of bendable protrusion. The plate is wrapped with water-proof film together with working member fixed thereon. Film relief repeats external contours of the plate with some allowance for border. Film border has toothed notches.

EFFECT: improved operation features; low cost production process.
