SUBSTANCE: device can be used by people with paralyzed upper and lower extremities. Device has power unit electrically connected with coordinate aid, signal processing unit and transmitter with aerial. Coordinate aid has non-conductive rectangular plate, carriage being movable relatively longitudinal axis of plate, paired contact and control key fixed rigidly onto paired contact. The contact is electrically connected with signal processing unit; it is mounted onto carriage for movement of paired contact along carriage. Device is placed inside mouth cavity of a person in such a way that is turned with its control key to end of tongue. Surface of control key has relief. Surface of plate has two resistive fields. Any field is separated to equal parts by electro-conductive strip. First resistive field has at its edges electro-conductive vertical contact areas. Second resistive field has at its ends electro-conductive horizontal contact areas. All contact areas are connected with signal processing unit through conductors. Device is small-sized and convenient at exploitation.
