SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the devices for production of the extracts of the plant roughage. The device for production of the extracts of the plant roughage contains the body divided by the vertical partition not reaching to the bottom into two areas. In one such area of the body there is the fitting pipe, in the upper part of which there is the hatch for loading of the plant roughage. This area is shut by the cover with the mounted on it pulsator with the drive gear and the liquid level sensor connected among themselves through the control block. In this area above the fitting pipe for loading of the plant roughage, but below the liquid level sensor the fitting pipe for withdrawal of the extract is disposed. The other area is connected to the pipe used for unloading of the postextraction plant roughage, on which the fitting pipe used for feeding of the extractant is disposed. The invention allows to ensure the high degree of extraction at the more low temperature and for the shorter time, than in the already known devices and methods of extraction used in the industry.
