FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to extraction from vegetable stock. Proposed device comprises housing 1, pulsation chamber 7, stock feed and discharge zones, extractant feed zone, and extract discharge zone. V-shape housing consists of vertical and inclined sections for interaction between vegetable stock and extractant at counter streams and pulsations. Note here that vertical housing represents a tube-in-tube design wherein transfer auger 3 is arranged in inner tube 2 and communicated with stock feed bin via horizontal proportioning auger 4 with fluid feed union 5. Note also that tube bottom is open to feed stock into extraction column 11 arranged in inclined housing and comprising extractant feed zone and stock discharge zone composed of squeezing auger 14. Note that used fluid collector is communicated with extractant load and feed zones arranged at said extraction column. Mind that extract pickup zone is located above stock feed zone. Proposed method consists in interaction between vegetable stock and extractant at counter streams and pulsations.

EFFECT: new design with higher extraction efficiency.
