FIELD: mechanical engineering; materials handling facilities; conveyors.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to conveyor transport, namely, to screw conveyors. Proposed conveyor includes cylindrical housing with charging and discharging branch pipes and shaft with screw arranged in housing and connected with drive and with vibration exciter. Vibration exciters are made in form of bushings which are united with support units, each consisting of three rotating support rollers. Axles of two support rollers are motionless. Axle of third support roller is installed for axial displacement and is loaded by spring in radial direction towards bushings. Shaft with screw is installed for axial displacement and is loaded by spring to side of material movement. Bushings are secured stationary on shaft, and they rotate between support rollers. Variable depth grooves are made on surface of bushings, depth increasing from zero on cylindrical sections of bushings to maximum value on ends in direction from support rollers.
EFFECT: increased capacity, reduced power consumption of conveyor.
