FIELD: veterinary parasitology, biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the strain Eimeria tenella L-1-23 that is deposited in collection of All-Russian scientific-research veterinary poultry farming institute of Russian agriculture academy at number KE №1. The strain is isolated from sick chicken infected with a single oocyst from the strain Eimeria tenella L-1. The strain is specific for chickens and parasite can perform the complete cycle of development in chicken embryos. The strain possesses such immunobiological properties that provide its using in carrying out experimental investigations and for aims in preparing antigenic and immunogenic material used for diagnosis and specific prophylaxis of diseases.
EFFECT: valuable medicinal and veterinary properties of strain.
