FIELD: heat power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to low-power steam turbines designed for use as drives of generators, pumps and fans. Proposed steam turbine has housing with two covers, disk with active blades secured on shaft, devices for changing direction of movement of working medium, nozzles to supply working medium and outlet branch pipes. Active blades form rims, being installed square to plane of disk at its both sides. Devices for changing direction of movement of working medium are installed at both sides of disk from top over active working blades of disk and from bottom under them. Devices for changing direction of movement of working medium are made in form of rotary-nozzle diaphragms with profile of turnable part in form of curvilinear asymmetrical contraction tube, and outlet part in form of straight-line asymmetrical diffuser with angle of tilting corresponding to blade incidence angle. Nozzles to deliver working medium in one half of circumference of rims of working blades are arranged from top over working blades, and outlet branch pipes are arranged from bottom. Nozzles to deliver working medium in second half of circumference of rims of working blades are arranged from bottom of working blades, and outlet branch pipes are arranged from top.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and power output of turbine.
