FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of restoration of radial clearance between stator and rotor parts of turboset at repairing of flow path. According to proposed method, temporary shroud made of sheet metal with thickness corresponding to clearance is installed on blades of demounted rotor, protective coating made of composite material is secured on shroud, polymerizing material of epoxy adhesive is applied to inner surface of stator and to protective coating of shroud of rotor blades, rotor is mounted in stator and after polymerization of adhesive, shroud and excess adhesive appearing in axial direction in process of mounting of rotor in stator are removed from rotor. When implementing the method, steel should be preferably used for making the shroud, and glass cloth or Kevlar with heat resistant filler should be preferably used as composite material for protective coating. Polymerization of epoxy adhesive should be carried out at temperature of 15-35°C for 72 h.
EFFECT: provision of new method of restoration of radial clearance between stator and rotor parts of turboset, reduced labor input in repair and restoration jobs.
