SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composition for abradable compaction of a turbomachine and can be used to apply a coating on a seal support of an axial turbomachine. Composition for abradable coating (38) of seal (39) of axial turbomachine by means of plasma sputtering contains metal containing aluminum, organic or mineral filler, wherein the organic filler used is a polymer, and the mineral filler used is hexagonal boron nitride or calcium fluoride, wherein the metal further contains 20 to 45 wt. % nickel, particularly nickel powder, and 55 to 80 wt. % aluminium, particularly aluminium powder. Axial turbomachine seal (39) comprises rounded support (34), at least one coating made of abradable material (38), which covers round support (34) and is intended for interaction by abrasion with rotor element (24) of axial turbomachine (2). Invention also relates to a method of producing abradable seal by plasma spraying of Al-Ni-polyester powder.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing corrosion resistance and wear resistance of seals of turbomachines.
