FIELD: medicine, immunology.
SUBSTANCE: invention to laboratory method of analysis. Method for assay of the expression degree of body immunological disorders involves analysis of sick and health human morning urine sample. Method involves determination of immunological index as ratio of areas filled with anizotropic salt crystals on field of dried urine drop from sick and health patient. At value of this index 67-99% the first degree of disorder of the immune state of body is estimated; at value 34-66% - as the second degree, and at value 1-33% - the third degree of the immune state of body. Method is not invasive and simple technically. Using the proposed method provides qualitative evaluation of the immune state of body and for short time.
EFFECT: improved assay method.
