FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and concerns a diagnostic technique of activity of inflammatory process in latent flow of chronic pyelonephritis, including urine sampling, addition of glucose, then separation into two samples, additional addition of a solution of albumin in a second sample in ratio of 5:1, respectively, dehydration by drop of the mixture from each sample, microscopy of the obtained facies. Both facies are exposed to a steam jet of boiling water for 3–5 seconds at distance of 4–10 cm from the source, then no earlier than 3 minutes later repeated microscopy facies and when detecting any of the morphological structures of bacteriuria, cells of the Candida fungus with microflora vital activity products are diagnosed with activity of the inflammatory process in the latent course of chronic pyelonephritis.
EFFECT: invention provides detecting patients with asymptomatic inflammatory process in the kidneys for early and effective treatment of the disease.
