FIELD: skate boot pulled onto shoetree and designed for skating on ice or for roller skates with rollers arranged in row.

SUBSTANCE: skate boot has top with outer enclosure produced from synthetic material by molding process, and inner layer positioned within outer enclosure. Outer enclosure has heel counter, ankle part, medial and lateral quarters, and reinforcing members provided on heel counter, ankle part, medial quarter or lateral quarter. Each of reinforcing members has protrusion formed on enclosure internal surface or external surface, and channel coinciding with protrusion. Channel is formed on internal surface of external surface of outer enclosure. Outer enclosure may be also provided with ankle part having upper portion and lower portion which extends to the outside relative to upper portion, said lower portion merging with heel counter. Lower and upper portions of ankle part follow rear profile of Achilles tendon. At least medial quarter or lateral quarter has reinforcing members, each having protrusion provided on internal or external surface, and channel joining with protrusion, with channel being formed on internal or external surface. Molded outer enclosure is adapted for usage in top of skate boot pulled onto shoetree and provided with sole. Outer enclosure has heel counter adapted for receiving of user's foot heel, ankle part, adapted for receiving of ankle, and medial and lateral quarters adapted for receiving of medial and lateral surface of foot. Medial and lateral quarters are extending forward of heel counter and ankle part. At least one of medial or lateral quarter has reinforcing members.

EFFECT: simplified manufacture process and improved optimal operating characteristics.
