SUBSTANCE: sport shoe, comprising a thermoformed external shell, having a heel part to locate a foot heel, an ankle part to locate an ankle and a medial and a lateral side parts to cover a medial and a lateral side of a foot, and a medial and a lateral toe parts to cover foot toes. A skating shoe comprises an external shell made of a composite layer that includes a layer of a thermoformed material. The external shell is thermoformed so that it includes the following components: (a) a back to locate the foot heel; (b) an ankle part to locate the ankle; (c) a medial and a lateral side parts to cover the medial and the lateral sides of the foot accordingly; and also (d) a skirt part, made as a whole with one of specified medial and lateral side parts, besides, the specified skirt part is folded inside to form a common sole with an external surface to cover a substantial part of a foot sole surface, and also a lower surface, where the sole bottom is fixed, or a blade holder, or a roller chassis. A skate for skating, comprising (a) a skating shoe having the external shell and arranged in compliance with its design according to the invention.

EFFECT: making skating shoes using light materials and whenever possible with smaller quantity of shoe parts.
