SUBSTANCE: The present innovation deals with revealing the ways of treating a denture with cement-screw anchorage and an abutment. The method contains the following operations: dislocation and adjoining of, at least, one abutment which has got one foramen for a screw with an implant with the help of a screw; applying a crown that has got the second foramen for a screw and designed correspondingly the first foramen for a screw; and anchorage of a crown and an abutment due to placing dental cement between the abutment and the crown. The second variant includes an implant's module. The abutment in question is designed with a foramen for a screw , its direction being upwards and downwards through the abutment's body and a reception part for receiving a connective protrusion formed at the upper end of the implant. Reception part has got a groove for coupling and a groove with allowance.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
