FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to dentistry, and can be used for implantation of artificial teeth. Dental implant contains base part, installed into jaw bone, and abutment, corresponding to it, on which element of dental prosthesis is installed. Abutment contains pre-formed contact post for installation into corresponding shaped hollow in base part with geometric locking. Transverse section of contact post, made on abutment, and transverse section of corresponding to it shaped hollow each has some quantity of main directions, in each of which radius takes relative maximal value. External contour of transverse section is selected in such a way that it has only one tangent in any point. Both contact post of abutment and shaped hollow in base part are made conic. Transverse section of contact post, made on abutment, and transverse section of corresponding to it shaped hollow have each one main direction with maximal diameter (D) and one additional direction with minimal diameter (d). Contours of each of transverse sections are selected in such a way that ratio of minimal diameter (d) to maximal diameter (D) equals minimum 0.7 and maximum 0.99, preferably minimum 0.8 and maximum 0.94.

EFFECT: ensuring high closure between abutment and base part.
