FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: inventions are referred to medicine and designed for use in dental surgery as implant-retained dental prosthesis support. The three-dimensional nano-structured titanium implant is made in the form of a threaded rod between the turns of which a spiral slot is performed. Run-out and chamfer of the thread are made in its upper part, cutting-rim recess is made in the lead of the thread. The implant has an open-end hole located at right angle to the rod axis, and its surface has a structure that provides for osteocyte osseointegration. A single thread is made in the upper part of the implant. Two opposite cutting-rim recesses are made in the lead of the implant thread. An open-end hole is made in the recesses and has the oval shape in its section and a cutting rim located at the oval length. The implant surface is treated with biocompatible compound powder flow. The abutment is made of nano-structured titanium and includes the fixating part connected with the crown and performed with a screw hole in the through-body up and down direction. A joggle is made in the lower abutment part and fits into the implant attaching hole. The abutment and implant conjugated surfaces are made in the form of a cone.
EFFECT: provision of the device stability in the patient's jaw, osseointegration improvement, with no fibrous and cartilaginous tissue being formed in the space between the implant surface and osseous tissue.
