FIELD: dust collection equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a dust collection technique. Acoustic dust collection unit with a cassette filter consists of a pre-filter and a thin filter, interconnected by a duct, so that the outlet of the pre-filter is connected to the input of a thin filter. Preliminary filter contains a body consisting of a cylindrical and conical parts, located in its upper part the peripheral input of the gas flow and the axial outlet branch of the purified gas, an acoustic column with an oscillation generator located in the upper part, an acoustic column in its lower part is connected by a bypass tap with a peripheral gas flow inlet, the oscillation generator connected to the control unit. Thin filter is in the form of a dust collecting apparatus with a cassette filter comprising a housing, a peripheral gas inlet, a filter element and a dust collecting bin, wherein peripheral gas flow inlet is positioned in central device part and made in the form of inlet branch connected at right angle to cyclone element case with two coaxial branches, on one of which a filter element is mounted, which is made in the form of a cassette filter of a pleated corrugated pleated paper placed in a wire frame, and on the other – a dust collector, made in the form of a dust bag. Cassette filter contains a regeneration mechanism made in the form of rigidly fixed on the coaxial with the filter shaft at least two plates. Shaft being driven by a drive from the drive fixed to the upper part of the wire frame of the filter and consisting of an electric motor and a reduction gear, and the plates enter the hollows of the corrugation by no more than 25 % of the height of the corrugation, and the cyclone element is made in the form of a hull type with a fan fixed to it, the axis of which is parallel to the axis of the branches, and the inlet branch is fixed coaxially to the fan axis. Between the prefilter filters and the fine filter, a fire and explosion safety system is installed in the channel, consisting of a temperature sensor in the outlet duct, an emergency dust sensor is installed in the dust collector, in the output box there is a thermal automatic sensor-detector, the outputs of which are connected to a common microprocessor located in the control cabinet. In the outlet box there is a collector with injectors for connection to the fire extinguishing system, the control unit of which is connected to a common microprocessor. Bag filter regeneration system comprises a control unit that is electronically coupled to a common microprocessor. Vortex nozzle comprises a body and a fitting coaxially disposed and rigidly connected to it in the upper part with an inlet cylindrical hole connected to the diffuser, which is axially symmetric in the body, which has a perforated disk disposed on it, and in the lower part of the housing is located axially symmetrical to housing a nozzle with at least three projections centering it in axial cylindrical chamber, the nozzle is made with a central hole on inner surface of which a screw thread is made, and between the perforated disk and the nozzle is placed a hollow screw-shaped coniform swirl nozzle with a screw thread, and the nozzle is pressed against the nozzle housing by a threading bead with a central confuser.
EFFECT: increasing efficiency of dust collection.
