FIELD: electric-physical machining of cutting tools.

SUBSTANCE: device can be used for electric spark doping. Device has power source, accumulating container provided with charge-discharge circuit connected in parallel to electrodes, unit for controlling operation of device and vibrator. Triac is introduced into charge circuit. Triac controlling unit has electro-optic couple and two control units. First control unit introduced into discharge circuit of accumulating container has divider in form of resistors and transistors and it is connected with diode of electro-optic couple. Second control unit is made in form of circuit containing rectifier, transistors, stabilizer and resistor and it is connected with transistor of electro-optic couple.

EFFECT: reduced specific power consumption; improved reliability; higher stability at operation; improved efficiency of operation.
