FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: generator of pulses of process current for electric spark alloying consists of power source, of unit for control of transistor key setting variable parametres of process current in circuit and velocity of rotation of electrode-tool, and of speed diode connected with circuit of communication of transistor key and electrode-tool. Also, the transistor-key control unit is equipped with a timing unit and a system of regulation.

EFFECT: raised value of working current, duration and repetition frequency of electric pulses, efficiency of electric-spark alloying process, which also improves physical-chemical and operational characteristics of alloyed layer, quality of alloyed layer by continuity, decreases its roughness and increases thickness of alloyed layer.
