FIELD: woodworking industry; other industries; methods and the devices of reduction of the coarseness and non-uniform thickness of the woodchip boards.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of woodworking. The invention provides for cutting out of the allowance layer from the woodchip board surface at the speed of up to 20 m/s with the subsequent its surfacing by the cylindrical edge of the multiple-thread screw-type shaft at the surface temperature of 250-300°С. It is attained by usage of the multiple-thread screw rolls fixed on the cantilevers of the support cylinder, which rotates in the horizontal plane and round the vertical axis. The woodchip board allowance is cut out along the radius with the subsequent equalization of the surface by the cylindrical screw-type edge with the thermal force loading. The technical result of the invention consists in the reduced coarseness and non-uniform thickness of the woodchip boards and preparation of the woodchip boards surfaces for the finishing operation.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the reduced coarseness and non-uniform thickness of the woodchip boards and preparation of the woodchip boards surfaces for the finishing operation.
