SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with the composition of cast iron. The cast iron in question contains the components in the following ratio, weight%: carbon 3.0-3.5; silicon 2.0-2.5; manganese 0.2-0.6; aluminum 0.1-0.2; calcium 0.01-0.03; tin 0.001-0.003; nickel 3.0-4.0; boron 0.1-0.2; copper 0.4-0.8; titanium 1.0-1.5; iron - the rest. The innovation provides increased thermal shock resistance of the cast iron.
EFFECT: increased thermal shock resistance.
