FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in aircraft engineering in aircraft engines where high speed and high load roller bearings are used. Proposed roller bearing has outer and inner races, split cage riveted to sets in which rollers and trunnions are installed with clearances. Cage is made in form of two separate flat rings with slots and holes in which rollers with ring grooves are fitted.
EFFECT: reduced impact and friction forces between rollers and cage and between rollers and rings, improved cooling of parts of antifriction bearing and reduced mass of cage with provision of increased service life of roller bearings as a whole.
