ROLLER BEARING Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC F16C33/44

Abstract RU 2384767 C1

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building and can be implemented in aircraft motor engineering where high speed and heavy-loaded roller bearings are applied. The roller bearing consists of external and internal sleeves, of a separator made in form of two separate flat wings with slots and holes wherein rollers with circular grooves are installed with a gap. Holes for rollers in flat rings of the separator are made as a lengthwise slot, central line of which runs along radius of location of roller rotation centres relative to bearing axis.

EFFECT: reduced impact loads and friction stress between surfaces of circular grooves of rollers and elongated slots of separator rings facilitating increased service life of roller bearings in whole.
