FIELD: electric power engineering, in particular, engineering of means for transforming electric energy to mechanical energy.

SUBSTANCE: device for transforming electric energy includes a generator, rotation drive of which through mechanical drive is connected to rotation shaft of driving electric motor, external energy supply. Device is provided with hermetic body, in which vacuum is created and with balance wheel installed on common shaft with electric motor. Mechanical elements are mounted in the hollow of hermetic body: electric motor with balance wheel on one side and planetary input resonator with executive mechanism and generator on the other side. Device is provided with control block, connected to generator, executive mechanism, electric motor, controlling tachometers, transformer, synchronizing transformer and vacuum pump.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of electric energy usage.
