FIELD: mechanized animal farming, in particular, cow milking technique.
SUBSTANCE: manipulator has pneumatic cylinder connected by means of cable to milking unit, control unit and full-wave pulsator equipped with electric generator. Pneumatic cylinder is attached to pole by means of clip so as to perform rocking motions. Control unit has milk catch with float and is attached to milk pipeline and vacuum pipeline of milking unit. Milk catch is connected through milk pipe to milk receiving chamber of milk claw. Full-wave pulsator is communicating with valve box of vacuum regulator of single-chamber teat cup. Valve box of vacuum regulator has inlet, outlet, and return valves. Return valve is closed by electric valve. Inlet, outlet and return valves, as well as electric valve, are equipped with springy mechanisms. Springy mechanism of each valve is made in the form of two springs symmetrically arranged relative to and at an angle to stem for providing full opening of valves.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of machine milking process owing to accelerated changing-over of milking unit operating modes.
