FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: assembly for extension of patient's body can be used for treatment of all departments of spinal column and of arthrosis of big joints of lower extremities. Assembly for extension patient's body has table with lodgment, mechanism for making changes in angular position of lodgment relatively plane of horizon and members for fixing patient's body to lodgment. Lodgment has platform disposed at point where patient's legs have to be fixed for linear movements along lodgment for length being equal to distance from point of position of pelvis of patient onto lodgment to point where his/her feet are disposed at extended position. For the purpose, guide is used, which guide is tightly connected with lodgment and disposed in plane of bushing being tightly connected with platform. Platform is made for angular shifts about axial line of guide. Spinal column is corrected during process of extension when different shifts occur in departments of spinal column.
