FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: patient lying flat on his/her back on the main platform (MP) turns a pelvis with a pubis upwards about a horizontal axis perpendicular to a sagittal plane until a low back touches the MP which has a socket or a hole for one or more sacral and coccygeal vertebrae. An ankle platform (AP) vertically movable and adjusted at a desired height is attached to the MP; that is used for ankles and feet and is fixed at the height wherein the patient feels the least pain. The patient performs daily 5-20-minute pelvic oscillations about its horizontal axis perpendicular to the sagittal plane at a frequency of 0.5-2 Hz, amplitude 0.001-0.020 m with background music. In a device to be used, a horizontal support consists of two movably coupled platforms: the MP and AP. Two U-bars are rigidly connected to the MP lengthwise, and two metal plates of the same length pivotally attach the vertically movable AP to the U-bar sides; the AP is provided with a metal linear spacer with catching sockets for the screw rigidly attached to the U-bar side. Support feet are attached to the U-bars from below; the support feet rotate from a non-working position when they are placed from below inside the U-bars, into a working position when back stops rigidly fixed on the feet rest against the U-bars from below.
EFFECT: method and device enable easy and comfortable health improvement both in healthcare facilities, and domiciliary, providing dynamic stimulation of lumbosacral, sacroiliac, coxofemoral and hypogastric metabolism.
