FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with fixing a patient with the area of talocrural joints upon a table due to inclining it against horizontal plane. On finishing body traction when a patient's head is below legs it is necessary to fix a patient's thorax or pelvis to the table. Further body extension should be continued at table's inclination against horizontal plane so, that a patient's head should be located above legs' level and at unfixed area of talocrural joints it is important to bend legs in knee joints for fixed angle ranged 90-130 in direction along the table, moreover, it is necessary to fulfill the inclines of bent legs in directions being transverse against the table. The suggested method of extension-rotation (turns) leads to rapid and efficient rehabilitation in case of various pathologies of vertebral column in its different departments.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of body extension.
