FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves studying microbial landscape of nasal mucous membrane. Antibiotics are selected with individual sensitivity to detected pathogenic microflora being taken into consideration. The selected antibiotics are introduced into anterior end of the inferior nasal concha on both sides, giving single dose once a day every day during 10 days. Immunomodulator is of Polyoxidonium is introduced into the same zones at a dose of 6 mg once a day 5 days with 48 h long pauses. The total treatment course is 15 procedures long.
EFFECT: reducing stuffiness in nose; recovering nasal breathing; improved general well-being of a patient.
