FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely otorhinolaryngology and can be used in the practice of an otorhinolaryngologist for the treatment of patients with year-round allergic rhinitis, in which there are unstable remissions with underlying persistent respiratory chlamydial infection. A three-stage conservative therapy is performed. At the first stage, polyoxidonium, aqualor norm, fluditec and suprastinex are prescribed for 8 days. At the second stage, aqualor norm, clarithromycin and polyoxidonium are prescribed for 14 days from 9th day to 22nd day. At the third stage, nasonex, bifidumbacterin forte and wobenzym are prescribed from 23 days to 52 days inclusive for 30 days.
EFFECT: invention provides disappearance of thick nasal discharge in large amount, nasal congestion, rhinorrhea and postnasal flow, improvement of general condition of the patient and prolongation of remission.
