SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to allergology and immunology, and can be used for treating patients with allergic rhinitis associated with chronic rhinosinusitis of bacterial etiology. For this purpose, a topical immune corrector "KIP nasal" is used as an immunomodulatory product, constituting a lyophilised protein solution containing IgG, IgA, IgM-class immunoglobulins isolated from human blood plasma, administered intranasally 5 drops into each nasal passage 3 times per day for 5 days.
EFFECT: method ensures effective treatment of allergic rhinitis associated with chronic rhinosinusitis of bacterial etiology, reduces the frequency of exacerbations and hospitalisations, reduces the volume of basic and antibacterial therapy due to the normalisation of a number of indicators of the mucosal immunity.
