SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a curative-cosmetic composition for external using that can be used in the complex therapy and prophylaxis of thyroid diseases. The composition comprises biologically active extracts of white cinquefoil, common toadflax and middle starwort taken in the effective amounts in the ratio from (1:1, 3:4, 4) to (1:1, 2:2, 8), bioactive oily complex providing transdermal delivery of biologically active substances comprising palm oil and/or bee moth oily extract and natural essential oil chosen from the following group: grapefruit, bitter orange, lemon, bergamot, cajuput, sage, santal, thyme and the known special additives. The composition normalizes thyroid tissue structure in the absence of adverse effects.
