SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of alcohol-containing beverages. Composition of ingredients for an alcohol-containing tonic balsam contains root and rhizomes of Rhodiola rosea – golden root, inflorescences and flowers of common tansy, cedar nuts, juniper cones, leaves and tops of stems of common valerian, leaves and tops of flowering stems of Artemisia jacutica, ground part of Baikal skullcap, flowers of common marigold, tops of blooming stems of great burnet, broadleaf plantain leaf, lingonberry leaf, bearberry (Arctostaphylos uva-ursi) leaf, black currant leaf, wild strawberry leaf, raspberry leaf, sowing oat grain, fresh seedlings of sowing wheat, reindeer antlers extract – Epsorin, fortified juice of fresh lingonberry, fortified fruit drink from dried rowan fruits, fortified fruit drink from dried rosehips, birch buds, elecampane root, leaves and tops of flowering stems of yellow melilot, common tormentil root, ground part of creeping thyme, sugar syrup, colourant, water-alcohol liquid, is characterized by that it additionally contains common anise fruits, buds of unblown cloves flowers, coriander fruits, cinnamon, nutmeg, Paeonia anomala root, pine buds, marsh Labrador tea, oak bark, linden flowers at a certain ratio of ingredients.
EFFECT: invention increases antioxidant activity of the balsam.
