FIELD: chemical industry; textile industry; food-processing industry; light industry; other industries; devices for purification of the gases.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to technique of the wet dust-catching and may be used in chemical, textile, alimentary, light and other industries for purification of the dusty gases. The injection-foaming apparatus has the blade swirling device with at least three blades having the trapezium shape. The plain of each blade is made with the tip section bent as the spiral of Archimedes protruding beyond the round of the contact-exhaust pipe. In the upper part of the contact-exhaust pipe there is the body of the moisture separator with the plate separator having, at least, two plates. Each plate is fixed on the body of the moisture separator by means, at least, of three resilient plates. In the lower part of the apparatus there is the level controller of the working liquid and a water-measuring small tube with the gage-marks. The technical result of the invention consists in the increased efficiency and reliability of the dust-and-gas catching process.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased efficiency and reliability of the dust-and-gas catching process.
