SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the equipment of the wet dust-catching and may be used in chemical, textile, food-processing, light and other industries to purification of the polluted gases. The foamy gas scrubber contains the blade-type swirler made, at least, with three blades having the shape of the trapezoid. In the upper part of the contact-exhaust tube there is the body of the moisture separator with the plate-type separator having, at least, two plates. Each plate is tightened on the body of the moisture separator by means, at least, of three elastic slices. The nearest to the contact-exhaust tube plate is made with the bottom having the conical surface with the apex of the cone directed to the side of the exhaust fitting pipe. On the lower plate there is the mounted vibrator. In the lower part of the apparatus there are the working liquid level controller and the water-measuring tube with the gagging scale. The technical result of the invention consists in the increased efficiency and reliability of the dust-catching process.
