FIELD: mechanical engineering industry; methods of manufacture of the composite chambers of the products.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of mechanical engineering industry and may be used at designing and manufacture of the light-weight composite products, in particular, such which include the great number of the instruments and the components of communication between them. The method of manufacture provides that carrying layers are made out of the thin-sheet current- conductive material. Between the carrying layers allocate the reinforcing components and the binding. On the outer surface of the external carrying layer and on the inner surface of the internal carrying layer there are the mounted the block parts of the switching devices. On the external surface of then internal carrying layer allocate the coupling components forming the uniformly distributed combined reinforcing structure. The unitized parts of the switching devices are connected among themselves by the coupling components. The free space between the carrying layers through the manufacturing holes in them is filled with the caulking foam-compound. The latter envelopes the reinforcing frame. Then conduct solidification of the binding forming the mechanic couplings between the carrying layers and also between the carrying layers and the reinforcing frame. The invention allows to improve the weight-dimension characteristics of the chambers of the products, to increase their reliability, to reduce the labor input used for manufacture of the product chambers.
