FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to electric connectors intended for electrical switching between devices of space rockets and aircraft. The pipe is made compound. The threaded section for coupling with the electric connector case is made as a thin-wall ring with an inner thread. The ring is placed into a cavity of a step-like shell from the step side of the maximum diameter and the ring and shell are connected by electric pulse action. The shell is formed of a thin-wall round billet in the form of a seamless step-like cup with a bottom shaped at the step end of the minimum diameter. The bottom is removed partially by circular bead forming and the bead is curled inside of the cup as an inner collar. The collar is expanded from the inside thus forming at the end of the step with the minimum diameter an external collar intended for fixation of the cable shielding.
EFFECT: improving reliability of the pipe by exclusion of its coupling with its geneatrix, performing coupling thread of standard profile, providing reliable electric coupling and low transient resistance between the cable shielding and the electric connector case.
