FIELD: thermochemical processing of solid organic materials.
SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method, solid organic material is heated without access of oxygen at temperature of 110-380°C in thin layer preparation and forming chamber with use of adhesive substance and(or) plasticizer and then in pyrolysis chamber at temperature of 400-850°C. Layer of organic material, thickness h<1.4(ατ)-2 is formed in preparation chamber in which α is organic material thermal diffusivity coefficient, τ is required maximum time of heating of solid organic material layer to temperature equal to temperature of thermal decomposition of most thermally stable organic component, and simultaneously moisture is removed. Then formed layer of organic material is heated in pyrolysis chamber. Description of second method of processing is provided in invention.
EFFECT: reduced amount of incompletely decomposed organic products, power consumption and control of composition of processed products.
