SUBSTANCE: device includes transmitting and receiving units. Transmitting unit contains memory module of information block (1), message memory module (2), hashing block (4), commutation blocks (5,7), starting block memory module (3), memory module of previous hashed block (6). Receiving unit contains memory module of received message (8), memory module of information block (9), hash-code selection block (10), commutation blocks (11,14,16), block for comparing hash-codes (12), hashing block (15), starting block memory module (13), memory module of previous hashed block of received message (17).

EFFECT: ensured imitation protection without scrambling, increased trustworthiness of transmission of formalized messages through communication channels with interferences.
