FIELD: biotechnology, microbiology, insecticides.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing a novel liquid insecticide preparation. Method involves culturing microorganism Bac. thuringiensis var. kurtsaki in nutrient medium containing cereal crops meal as carbon source, nutrient yeast, leguminous crops meal as amine nitrogen source that are treated preliminary by cavitational-vortex disperser at temperature 50-60°C for 60 min and at hydromodulus 1:5. Cultural fluid is subjected for filtration or centrifugation followed by addition of glycerol, liquid petroleum paraffin, neonol and coniferous perfume. Invention provides enhancing biological activity of insecticide preparation.
