SUBSTANCE: strain of spore-forming bacteria Bacillus thuringiensis ssp. aizawai, which has an insecticidal effect against lepidopteran pests, and can be used in biotechnology to obtain microbiological means of protecting agricultural, medicinal and forestry crops from harmful insects, a productive strain of bacteria Bacillus thuringiensis ssp. aizawai Bta54, characterized by morphological stability when cultivated in liquid nutrient media, a reduction in its cultivation time to 48-50 hours with increased synthesis of insecticidal protein 1000 μg/ml, which is active against a wide range of insect pests of the order Lepidoptera, the creation of a bacterial strain Bacillus thuringiensis ssp. aizawai Bta 54, which exhibits insecticidal activity against pests - insects of the order Lepidoptera, suitable for organic farming and deposited in the Bioresource Center of the All-Russian Collection of Industrial Microorganisms (“БРЦ ВКМП”) of the National Research Center Kurchatov Institute - GosNIigenetika under registration number “ВКМП В-14026”.
