SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating gonarthrosis accompanied with a synovial cyst. It is necessary to introduce a dyestuff simultaneously intrasurgically into the cavity of a knee joint to force it into a cystic cavity and remove a dyed cyst. Then one should fulfill tendinous-muscular plasty due to suturing up a tendon of median caput of gastrocnemius muscle towards oblique popliteal ligament and tendinous part of semimembranosus muscle. It is necessary to fix the device's supports on a thigh and connect them together, fix the device's supports on a shin to carry out osteotomy of shin bones. Then one should connect proximal support on shin and distal support on thigh to carry out immobilization of a knee joint. In the course of dismantling the device should be disassembled starting from the thigh first. The device for treating gonarthrosis contains two circular supports connected with thread rods, a support as ¾ of a ring connected with one circular supports with hinged knots, needles and needles with stopping platforms fastened on these supports. The device is, also, supplied with two additional supports as ¾ of a ring, on each of them the needles' ends are fixed. One of the additional supports is connected with a support as ¾ of a ring with the ability to move due to additional hinged knots. The innovation enables to improve the conditions for regeneration of a knee joint and decrease the risk of cystic relapse.
